Keeping Your Information Safe

Willowbrook Hospice will look after any personal information that you share with us.

We want everyone who supports us to feel confident about how any personal information they share will be looked after or used. 

Developing a better understanding of our supporters through the information they give us allows us to make better decisions about the events we organise and helps us to fundraise more efficiently. 

In May 2018, a new set of laws came into force which dictates how we can and can’t process personal information.

We use a ‘opt-in only’ communication policy. This means that we will only send marketing communications to those that have explicitly stated that they are happy for us to do so via their preferred channel(s) (email, SMS, Phone or post).
