Recently we had some volunteers from Flamco UK helping out at both of our sites. We were delighted to have Steven and Shabeer from the Specification Team help out in The Living Well Café. They worked hard and showed off their hospitality skills!
Steven said: “I was pleased to be asked if I wanted to do some volunteering, especially for such a good cause like Willowbrook. It is incredible what you do at the Hospice, and am happy to do my bit for the community.”
We were also fortunate enough to have some more Flamco volunteers visit our Hospice gardens too, they supported our Head Gardener Dee, in preparation for our Autumn Open Gardens event.
Thank you to everyone at Flamco who gave up some of their day to help, we really do appreciate it!
