The Ride 45 is back for 2017!

The Ride 45 is back for its fourth year and we hope to make it as successful as previous years' events. Last year we raised over £10,000 for our patients, and we hope to raise even more this year with your help.

This year we have two routes to offer you, 45 mile, 18mile. Both start and finish at Rainford High School. Each route takes in the scenery around St Helens and West Lancashire. It is going to be a tough and challenging journey but it is suitable for all cycling abilities from the semi-pros to the Sunday cyclists!

Minimum rider age is 14, riders under 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult over 18 and wear a helmet.

Entry costs just £20 which includes refreshments and all we ask is that you raise as much sponsorship money as you can to help us to provide care for our patients. So what are you waiting for, get your friends and family together and get pedalling for your local hospice!
