Charlie plays a vital role in ensuring the care we provide is safe, effective, and always centred around our patients and their families. From leading patient safety improvements to promoting a culture of learning and openness, Charlie helps us learn from incidents, celebrate what works well, and continuously strive for excellence.
Charlie also supports patients and loved ones when concerns or complaints arise, making sure every voice is heard and the best possible outcomes are achieved. By working closely with staff and volunteers across the hospice, Charlie helps drive meaningful, sustainable improvements every day.
Patient safety, patient experience, and clinical effectiveness are at the heart of everything we do – and Charlie helps ensure we continue to deliver the highest standards of care.
