Hosted by NPH Fitness Camp, our last Glow for Willow In 2024 raised an amazing £8,000, and this year we’re hoping to make it even bigger
What is Glow for Willow?
It’s 2 hours of fun, feel-good dance fitness, suitable for all abilities, no experience needed!
You’ll enjoy a mix of:
Dance to the Decades
Chart Combat
Rock Stix
Glow Rave
Open to everyone – members & non-members welcome
