Outreach Services

Outreach Services (ORS) cares for our community through a series of tiered approaches and services to provide support beyond our hospice walls and within your own home. Our role is to assist, engage and enable you to live well and to stay connected. We aim to provide advice, support and specialist management for patients, and carers, who have been affected by a life-limiting illness. Our focus is on promoting wellbeing and rehabilitation to enable patients to live well with life-limiting illness.

Outpatient Unit

Various Outpatient Clinics are held at the wellbeing hub at Cedarwood Centre.
