Located in the peaceful garden at Willowbrook Hospice, our beautifully designed Memory Tree offers a lasting way to celebrate the life of a loved one. Each engraved copper leaf is a meaningful tribute to remember a loved one, whilst helping Willowbrook to continue to provide vital hospice care.
Your Leaf Dedication
For a donation of £200, your personalised copper leaf will be engraved with your personal dedication that will be placed on our memory tree for 12 months. After this time, you will be given the opportunity to renew your leaf for further years or collect your leaf to treasure.
Once your leaf has been engraved you will be invited to come and view your leaf on the memory tree.
Whether it’s to remember a beloved family member, friend, or colleague, your tribute will shine as part of a growing legacy of love.

Your personal and payment details will be handled securely in accordance with our data protection and payment processing policies.
Terms & Conditions
- Payment: £200 is required in full before engraving and installation.
- Engraving: Maximum character limits apply; content must be respectful and subject to approval.
- Display Period: Each leaf remains on the tree for 12 months from the date of installation.
- Renewal/Return: You will be contacted near the end of the display period for renewal or return arrangements.
- Maintenance: The Hospice will maintain the Memory Tree but is not liable for damage caused by weather or unforeseen events.
- Refunds & Changes: Payments are non-refundable once engraving is confirmed. Amendments may not be possible after submission.
