Our Volunteer Hub has been busy out in the community!

Last month, we had the pleasure of attending Careers Fairs at Edge Hill University and De La Salle School, where we met loads of enthusiastic young people interested in making a difference.

Volunteering is a fantastic opportunity for young people – it helps build confidence, develop new skills, boost CVs and university applications, and most importantly, it gives them the chance to support their community in a meaningful way. Whether it’s gaining experience for future careers or simply wanting to give back, volunteering can open doors and create lasting connections.

If you’d like some advice about getting started with volunteering, or if you’re a school, college or organisation interested in inviting the Willowbrook Hospice Volunteer Hub to your event, we’d love to hear from you!
