Over the past two weeks, our Rewilding Group teamed up with the amazing Friends of Victoria Park to spread some beauty in the community! Together, we rolled up our sleeves to create wildflower seed bombs, scattered loose seeds, and transformed a corner of the community garden into a future meadow of colour.
We were so grateful to be joined by Tracey Sherer and Dave Owen from St Helens Council, who shared their expertise, as well as Deputy Mayor Bisi Osundeko and Councillor Lynn Clark.
And of course, a big thank you to all the volunteers who brought their energy and love for nature to the day.
We can’t wait for spring, when this special patch will burst into life – a space for everyone in our community to enjoy.
