What a weekend – and what a family. 
A huge thank you to sisters Nikki and Joanne and their wonderful family for pouring their hearts into their “Willowbrook Weekender” in memory of their lovely mum, Brenda. They’ve raised an incredible £3,555.11 for Willowbrook Hospice, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
They packed so much into the weekend… from high-energy fitness classes at with Gary at Forge Fitness, and family member Ben, with Gary’s wife Lisa cheering them on, to a fantastic music night at the Ex-Services Club in Rainhill, where The Measures and The Order kept everyone entertained.
A special shoutout to Sue Smith, former footballer and commentator, who drove back from the Sky Sports Studios just in time to draw the raffle. Such commitment!
It was truly a family effort, with Brenda’s granddaughter Rebecca and so many others playing their part too. Their love for Brenda shone through every moment.
