Special thanks to Team Chocolate Orange for dropping off Chocolate Oranges for our Hospice team on Friday.
Rainford resident, Chris Lamb started Team Chocolate Orange in memory of his son, Elliott, who passed away in 2010, aged 4. With Elliott spending a lot of his life in hospital, Chris decided to collect chocolate oranges to give to medical staff as a thank you.
The appeal has got bigger and bigger, with hundreds of thousands of chocolate oranges delivered to hospitals and hospices across the country.
Our staff are very grateful for this thoughtful gesture!
