It was lovely to receive some feedback from Co-op Funeralcare in Prescot, following the compassion given by one of our amazing members of staff, Dr Stephen Fu!
Leah Horrigan said: “I just wanted to raise a recognition to one of your members of staff, Dr Fu – An absolute angel in disguise – he has supported one of our families and me today with funeral arrangements for a loved one who had passed away at Willowbrook.
He treated us all with so much respect and dignity and I just needed to let you know how thankful we are at the Co-Op as we struggled to find a translator to make contact with this family. Not only has he supported them today with arrangements, he also went to the Register Office to support them to register also.
Please send him all our thanks from the Co-Op and from me personally, I could not have carried out this arrangement without him!!”
