This is hospice care 
We were really pleased to receive some feedback from a lady whose mum was cared for at the hospice and died in October 2024; sadly her dad also died very recently (not a hospice patient).
This lady had so much praise for the care given to her and the family by the catering team here and said it was this care that really made the difference.
She said: “I honestly don’t know how I would have coped without them, the food was great but it was so much more than that. Whenever the day was particularly bad I could go to the café and they knew me, there was always someone there to listen. When my dad was dying all I could think of was I wish I had Ged and his team there with me.”
