When we reached out to Everton Football Club to see if someone from the club could visit one of our patients, Kevin Stuart – a lifelong Evertonian currently receiving end of life care here at Willowbrook Hospice – we were truly touched by their response.
Everton ambassador and club legend Ian Snodin kindly came along today to meet Kevin, his wife Lynsey, and their son Ralph.
Lynsey shared, “Today has made his day. Together, they enjoyed effortless and enjoyable conversations, sharing stories and memories of Kevin’s lifelong love for the Toffees. We are so grateful.”
