The Care we Provide
Willowbrook Hospice provides Specialist Palliative care to patients with life-limiting illnesses and also offer support to their carers and families.
In all our services we treat each individual patients in holistic way, looking after not only their physical but also their spiritual, psychological, social and emotional needs.
Our Purpose
In providing our services we aim to:
- Provide free Specialist Palliative Care, through the expertise of our Multi-Professional Team for those patients who are referred to us by their GP, Hospital Consultant or Healthcare Professional.
- Help each patient to achieve the best quality of life wherever possible.
- Encourage patients, their families and carers to ask for information to help them make decisions about their care.
Our Aims
Willowbrook Hospice is committed to the provision high quality care, excellence in customer service and appropriate and continuous improvement. If we fail to meet expectations, in any way, we hope that people will tell us.
We will, at all times, make every attempt to provide a service and environment that will prevent any need for a complaint being made. However, sometimes we don’t get this right and if anyone has any concerns about any aspects of out service, we welcome their comments.
