What an incredible celebration of the people who make Willowbrook so special.
This year, we proudly presented Long Service Awards to 74 amazing individuals – recognising between 5 and 30 years of dedication. Together, that’s an astonishing 695 years of service given to Willowbrook. Just wow.
And for the very first time, we launched the Willowbrook Volunteer Awards – shining a spotlight on the individuals and teams who go above and beyond every single day.

We received 19 inspiring nominations, each one telling a story of compassion, commitment and community spirit. Choosing winners was no easy task – every nominee represents the very best of Willowbrook.
