We’re thrilled to announce that Karen has chosen Willowbrook Hospice as her Charity of the Year during her time as Lady Captain at Ashton in Makerfield Golf Club 
Karen chose Willowbrook not just as a local charity, but for a deeply personal reason. When her good friend Gail accessed our services, Karen saw the compassion and care we provide to patients and families, and knew she wanted to give something back.
She’s already off to a fantastic start, raising £375 from a Christmas hamper, and has plenty more planned for the year ahead, including an exciting golf day in March!
