Liverpool Pride 2023! 🏳️🌈
What a fabulous time we had on Saturday, seeing our fabulous city come together in unity! Liverpool was full of colour and the atmosphere was fantastic!
Alun Owen, Corporate Executive Director said, “it was a great pleasure to march with some of my colleagues from Willowbrook Hospice last Saturday at Liverpool Pride.
We joined so with so many different organisations from across Merseyside to show our support and to welcome members of the LGBTQ+ community, remembered those lost because of hate crimes and also pledged our supprt for Ukraine.
Our friends in Ukraine have not been able to host their own Pride event since the war with Russia began in 2022, so it was good to continue something that was started with Liverpool hosting the Eurovision in May.
Our shared support showed that Willowbrook Hospice is here for every one!”
