We’re delighted to welcome Alison Connolly as our new Head of People & Culture, succeeding Lewis Hooper.
With 10 years of experience in the charity sector, Alison joins us from an organisation supporting marginalised and vulnerable people in the community, including survivors of modern slavery, human trafficking and domestic violence.
Bringing expertise in trauma-informed practice, safeguarding and employee wellbeing, Alison is passionate about creating supportive workplace cultures where people can thrive. Throughout her career, she has focused on ensuring employees have the training, tools and support they need to deliver the highest quality care and support to those who need it most.
Speaking about joining the team, Alison said:
“I’m excited to be part of an organisation that has such a positive impact on the local community and to work alongside such caring, committed people who share a passion for delivering exceptional care to every patient and family we support.”
Please join us in giving Alison a warm welcome to the team and wishing her every success in her new role.
