For more than 25 years, this outstanding group has shown unwavering dedication to our hospice community, raising nearly £150,000 through the sale of their beautiful handcrafted creations.
From seasonal knitted gifts and baby cardigans to fiddle blankets, syringe driver bags, pillowcases, bed covers, and their especially meaningful knitted hearts for patients and families, every item is made with care, compassion, and purpose. Their thoughtful support brings comfort, dignity, and kindness to patients and loved ones during some of life’s most difficult moments.
Their impact across the hospice has been truly extraordinary, supporting patients, families, and staff every single day.
What happens next?
• A panel of judges will shortlist 32 finalists
• Finalists will be announced live on BBC Radio Merseyside this summer
• Those shortlisted will attend an awards ceremony in September
We are incredibly proud to have nominated The Non-Stoppers for this well-deserved recognition and thank them for their outstanding contribution to Willowbrook Hospice over the past 25 years.
