New Patient Safety Incident Response group

To enhance patient safety, Willowbrook Hospice has launched a new Patient Safety Incident Response Framework.

As part of this, we’ve established a dedicated Patient Safety Group that will meet monthly to review and learn from any incidents or complaints.

At Willowbrook Hospice, we truly value all feedback, as it helps us continue to provide the highest standard of care for our patients.
