We would really like to thank the family of Win Cox for their very generous donation of a Summer House our hospice garden.
Win volunteered for Willowbrook Hospice for over 25 years. Knowing how much Win loved volunteering for Willowbrook, her family wanted to give the hospice something special and so have kindly donated a beautiful summer house.
The space provides a special restful space that all our patients, staff and volunteers can enjoy.
Thank you to her daughters Linda and Janet, and to the La Fosse Foundation, this is just a beautiful addition to our gardens, and we are so grateful.
The exterior area of the Summer House is being worked on by our Rewilding Group, planting up some sensory herbs and aroma plants to enhance the therapeutic space, we will share with you when this project has been completed!
